dc.description.abstractThis report is prepared on the basis of my three months practical activity at E2D Organization. E2D Organization is the leading educational development in the world and also in Bangladesh. The Organization has many divisions worldwide. From the all E2D organization is renowned to good Human Resource practices. I am lucky that I got the opportunity to work in this division. This report is based on reward system of E2D Organization how their strong and effective compensation policy increase efficiency and motivate the employees. The purpose of making this report is to identify the recommendations management practices and policies of E2D Organization. The report also consists recommendation and conclusion according to my point of view, which I think would more develop the compensation policies of the Organization performed.en_US
