The effect of services quality on brand loyalty of hormuud telecom

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of service quality on brand loyalty of HormuudTelecom. This study conducted through survey research design. The target population of this study was 135 of customers and employees of hormuud company , and the sample size consisted of 101 respondents. The data was extracted from the telecommunication industry especially hormuudtelecom in Mogadishu- Somalia through questionnaire, and the data analyzed SPSS. The study found significance strong positive correlation between service quality and brand loyalty; this means that the outcome of service quality is high brand loyalty. The study recommended that Hormuudtelecom should provide effective service to their customers that enhance customer satisfaction that will remain loyal and always have a positive impression towards the company and its service.
