The purpose of this study is to investigate the Effects of Training on Employee Performance A Study on Hubal Company in Somalia. To analyze data the study used descriptive research design to examine the Effects of Training on Employee Performance in Bosaso, Somalia. The research was conducted by questionnaire using a sample of 36 distributed directors, managers, accountants and employees on Hubal Company, Somalia. The result of the study shows that training program and employee performance have significant positive relationship.
