Customers are the very important issue for any business but, now days it became a prime issue for the marketers. In this competitive market customer demands and wants are different from each other where, many companies are offering almost the same product. In this situation it is not possible to satisfy a customer easily. If a customer is satisfy with a product than other customers may not satisfy with the same product. Plastic industry is a very popular industry in Bangladesh. It helps the people to minimize their cost and easy to use. In majority cases people can use plastic products in the position of wood and steel products. Plastic industries enhance the capacity of all class of people. Plastic industry plays a big role to the national economy. There are many plastic products companies available in the market of Bangladesh now, where once it was very small in amount. This report is prepared as per requirement of the internship of MBA program in the department of Business Administration from Daffodil International University. This report will give a clear understanding about “Measuring the customer satisfaction of plastic products- A study on Pran-RFL group.” The study clarifies the different issues of Customer satisfaction of Plastic products of Pran-RFL group.
